Francesco Giovannucci was born in 1978. Being Abruzzo, his hometown; located in the beautiful area of Terramo, Italy. From a very young age he developed love and passion for the culinary world and good wine. In 2014 he emigrated to the United States in search of expanding his horizons.

Thanks to all the opportunities in this new country, Giovanucci was nourished by knowledge where his entrepreneurial instinct and his gastronomic vision have driven him to this great project in honor of his mother: Fiorella Di Nicola.

Therefore, he is proud to open the doors of Fiorella Italian Bistró Restaurant. It is his wish and his greatest desire that everyone who visits his restaurant can have a unique experience, in a pleasant and welcoming environment for each of his guests.
